Project description
|
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the hospital management capacity of the Brazzaville University Hospital and the 14 General Hospitals of Congo Brazzaville. The specific objectives are: to strengthen the hospital management system of the Brazzaville University Hospital in the administrative and healthcare sector for better strategic management and to make available to the 14 general hospitals of the country, managers trained in hospital management.
