The Project aims to provide improved Health services at Haukeland University Hospital and Mnazi Mmoja Hospital through increased competencies in global Health capacity strengthening and skills sharing.

Improved treatmentThe project is a mutual exchange of nurses and doctors between Norway and Zanzibar. Norwegian personnel stays in Zanzibar for 1 year, and Zanzibarians stay in Norway for 6 months (incl 2 weeks training done by FK Norway)
This project is focusing on competence building within the fields of paediatrics (main focus on neo-natal care), internal medicine and detoxification between the two institutions.
